Website look very strange

I was trying to login in to the site a minute ago and it looks very different not sure what's up be the look it terrible and much more hard to follow. Not sure what it is but I thought I would throw this out here

Yeah there is something amiss there is a different homepage and the option of three other pages but the are 404 errors ???
